Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed (unless COD is available).

3. Delivery Policy

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors (weather, traffic, logistics).
We are not liable for delays outside our control.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refunds/replacements are available only if products are damaged, expired, or incorrect.

Return and Refund Policy

At Star Sip Foods, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we have a fair and transparent Return & Refund Policy.

1. Terms of Return

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and in original packaging.
- Unused, with no signs of damage (except if the damage occurred during delivery).
Food products that have been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Reasons for Return

You may request a return if:

You received the wrong product.
The product was damaged, spoiled, or expired at the time of delivery.
The package was missing items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Opened food packages.
Discounted or clearance items.
Items returned after the 7-day return window.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
